About 20 years ago I had some serious issues going on with my pelvis and pelvic floor.

One of those issues was sciatica.

I'd have these bouts of crippling pain that would land me on my back for days.

At the time I was a Pilates teacher and Yoga teacher and the tools I was teaching gave me no relief.

The Kegel wasn't working either.

What did help and eventually open up a whole new way of being in my body was sensual movement.

The Art of Pussification is the art of designing your environment in alignment with your specific desires.

So simple and yet so radical.

As a Tantra teacher I'm often asked about the different types of female orgasm and how to experience them.

It's one of my favorite topics to talk about.

There's a lot to discuss.

Most women feel frustrated with their orgasmic experiences or lack thereof.

In view of the conventional take on all things sexual, that makes complete sense.

The model we've been given is severely flawed.

It will never lead a woman to her full natural orgasmic expression.

To truly experience what's possible we need to be willing to explore our sexual landscape with a broader vision.

We need to get curious about what our sexual energy really is and how it's designed to move through us.
