    In this episode, I share how to walk with the energy of Winter Solstice and not ignore it's wisdom. Winter Solstice is the turning point of the Celtic Wheel that invites us to rest, to be in stillness and solitude. It teaches us to not rush to fill the emptiness, to let ourselves be fallow and not be in a hurry to plant or grow.


    Can we let darkness be a teacher that shows us how to live more fully.. to show up more fully for life.
