We break down the slow, skin-crawling transformation scene that out-brutals every battle. And we get into why the first woman to translate The Odyssey, absolutely hates this film — the missing sex, the grim food, all of it. It's epic, brutal and occasionally unhinged. Part 2 drops soon.
