    In this episode of Manifest with The Mindset Model, I’m sharing how my understanding of manifestation has evolved after years of studying this work — and why I believe confidence, nervous system regulation and self-belief are the real missing pieces in creating what you desire.

    But many of us are trying to call in bigger things while our subconscious still sees those things as unsafe, unrealistic or “too much.”

    In this episode I break down why manifestation is less about hustle and more about identity, capacity and energy.

    2. Regulate before you manifest
    Everything is energy. When your system is in stress, urgency or fear, it impacts what you broadcast.

    3. Build receiving capacity
    Sometimes it’s not that your desires aren’t coming… it’s that you’re still expanding into being ready for them.

    I also share a personal example of how I unconsciously prepared myself for opportunities before they arrived — and why manifestation often looks like becoming familiar with the very thing you want before it appears.

    This is manifestation through the lens of confidence, embodiment and nervous system wisdom… and honestly, I think this is where the conversation is evolving.
