  • The Quiet Breakup: Why Women Are Seeking Deeper Meaning in Their Work
    Nov 25 2025

When we talk about career success, we often think of climbing the ladder, collecting accolades, and thriving at the highest levels. But what happens when those very benchmarks of achievement no longer serve us, when accomplishment leads not to fulfillment, but to exhaustion? This week on The Change Effect, I’m diving into the concept of “The Quiet Breakup,” a powerful cultural shift where women are honoring their whole selves by redefining what success truly means.

    In this episode, I discuss:

    • The difference between “quiet quitting” and “the quiet breakup.”
    • How the pandemic created space for reflection and gave many women permission to listen to their inner voice for the first time in years.
    • The new landscape of work: A surge of women founding companies, consulting, creating platforms, and leading with authenticity, empathy, and intuition.
    • A powerful reflection exercise: the Work Meaning Map, to help you locate your own alignment between fulfillment, contribution, and freedom.
    • Actionable strategies for exploring deeper meaning at work, resisting external validation, and fueling curiosity and connection through supportive communities.

If you’re feeling restless in your career or questioning what’s next, this episode offers both insight and inspiration, reminding you that honoring your truth is not just a personal shift; it’s changing the world.

  • Carly Catherine: Exploring EFT Tapping for Stress, Burnout, and Inner Peace
    Nov 18 2025

When life feels like an endless list of demands, how do you find peace and safety in your own body?

This week on The Change Effect, we're joined by Carly Catherine, Certified Teacher, Emotional Success Coach, and founder of The Healing Hive. In this episode, she shares how nervous system regulation and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping helped her move from exhaustion and hyper-independence to a life of emotional expansion, creative joy, and authentic self-trust.

Get 20% off your Day by Daybook® with the discount code NEW20 here.

Carly Catherine is an Ontario Certified Teacher and EFT Practitioner who helps women and educators move from survival mode to emotional expansion through nervous system regulation and EFT tapping. After years of people-pleasing, over-functioning, and pouring everything into her students, family, and work, Carly hit a breaking point—realizing she’d built a life that looked “successful,” but left nothing for her.

Through the practice of EFT tapping and nervous system work, she began unwinding patterns of hyper-independence and self-abandonment, learning to feel safe in her body, express her emotions, and reclaim joy, creativity, and purpose.

Now, she teaches others to do the same, bridging science and soul to help women and educators regulate stress, build emotional capacity, and lead from self-trust instead of burnout.

Carly is the founder of The Healing Hive, a global EFT tapping membership and community for women, and she also leads workshops in schools and organizations focused on emotional regulation, well-being, and embodied leadership.

In this episode, Carly and I discuss:

    • Carly’s journey from chronic people-pleasing and burnout to reclaiming her voice and joy with nervous system regulation.
    • The science and practice of EFT tapping
    • Practical ways to use tapping in everyday life
    • How modeling nervous system regulation in the classroom helps students (and teachers) break cycles of dysregulation and discover emotional safety early.
    • Why asking for help and setting boundaries aren’t signs of weakness, but the ultimate acts of strength and self-honor.

Whether you’re new to EFT tapping or searching for real tools to navigate stress, anxiety, or burnout, Carly’s story offers practical insights and encouragement to find safety and possibility within.

  • Finding Your Voice: How Speaking Your Truth Changes Everything
    Nov 11 2025

This week on The Change Effect, I talk about how speaking your truth can change well, frankly - everything!

In this short but mighty episode, I address something that's at the core of every personal transformation – finding your voice and learning to trust it.

If we can’t find our voice, we can’t find our truth and at the end of the day, isn't the truth what life is all about? Recognizing what is true for you and lending your voice to your feelings, beliefs, and preferences even in those difficult moments, is honoring yourself at the highest level.

Get 20% off your Day by Daybook® with the discount code NEW20 here.

    In this episode, I discuss:

    • The energetic connection between your voice, authenticity, and the throat chakra.
    • Common ways we learn to package our truth for safety and how this affects connection and self-expression.
    • Simple, practical strategies to access and strengthen your voice.
    • A powerful “truth audit” exercise to help you explore where you’re expressing yourself freely, where you’re holding back, and what one truth you can express today to feel a greater sense of freedom.

If you’re ready to step up, get unstuck, and claim more joy and authenticity in your life, this episode will encourage you to say what you mean with greater purpose and honesty. Give it a listen, share it with someone who needs to hear it and start speaking your truth today!

If you enjoyed this episode, don’t forget to follow, rate, and review the podcast and let me know what resonated with you.
