Hi, I’m Sarah Theresa Lamb, creator of the 5D Codes Podcast.

This project has been evolving within me for the past year. I’m following guidance from Source and the ET Beings, including the Blue Beings and the Pleiadian Light Collective, whom I channel.

Each episode contains 5D activation codes—designed to help you step more fully into your authentic soul essence on this planet. We are in the Age of Aquarius, or New Earth– an era I call 5D consciousness.

While some call this new phase “New Earth,” I ultimately chose the name 5D Codes for the podcast because the ET beings I work with describe it as a frequency humanity is adapting to on a massive scale. This podcast is about aligning with that frequency and understanding its profound impact.

The conversations—whether between myself and other starseed friends or through solo channeling—may seem simple, but there’s more than meets the eye. Pay attention to the energy between the words. Our laguage is coded now and forevermore, carrying deeper vibrations that can’t always be explained. This podcast is like an energy session—it’s about the frequency as much as the words themselves. While the words may plant seeds of wisdom in your soul, the real transformation happens in the energetic space they hold.

Here’s the truth, my fellow Lightworker: you already know everything. We made an agreement to forget our true nature when we came here to walk this Earth experience. But now it’s time to wake up—together. What an extraordinary, powerful moment this is.

If something in the podcast triggers you, bless it—it’s an activation. If something brings you joy, bless it—it’s also an activation. We are moving beyond polarity consciousness, stepping into the eternal now. No more labeling things as good, bad, or in between. It just is. Divine. Pure. Conscious.

I love you deeply with my soul, even if we’ve never met in human form. Because in our true nature, we are love—unconditionally. Source never judges us, and we are learning to embody that same non-judgmental awareness. From this space, we see that when we harm ourselves, we harm all.

    In this channeled episode of the 5D Codes Podcast, I’m broadcasting from Grass Valley, Northern California—where zero-point calm meets wild activation. The theme today: trusting Divine flow. I share how I travel light—often with little in the 3D bank—yet land in beautiful homes on the land with gardens, chickens, and sky full of signs. Abundance isn’t a number; it’s a frequency we align with.

    We explore polarity—how sharp pain can sit right beside radiant beauty—and how choosing love over fear shifts everything. Bees buzz at heart frequency (~528 Hz), hummingbirds flash rainbows, and nature keeps mirroring back the codes we carry.

    I tell the story of releasing old platforms and identities (hundreds of videos and articles) to reclaim my energy. What’s truly meant for us boomerangs back. I speak on energetic boundaries, gargoyle and Archangel Michael protection, and the sword of truth that says “enough” to old trauma-bonding patterns. We talk Mount Shasta activations, Ashland heart openings, and Grass Valley’s integrating stillness. Water, fasting, and river medicine remind us to float with faith, not fight the current.

    There’s guidance for connecting with ancestors as the veil thins—watch for birds, wind, and synchronicities. I share how I’m learning to receive (not just give), and how true partnership and collaboration arrive when we’re anchored in self-love and sovereignty. Angel numbers (222, 555) punctuate the journey: change, alignment, and grace.
