  • 25. Overwhelmed Mom? Your Priorities Might Be Out of Order
    Feb 25 2026

Are you constantly overwhelmed and wondering if your life feels chaotic because your priorities are out of order?

As a Christian mom, you want to honor God, love your husband well, raise your kids intentionally — but everything feels urgent. And when everything feels urgent, nothing feels aligned.

In today’s episode of Spiritual Growth for Christian Moms, Bethany talks about Biblical order in the home — what Scripture says about priorities, how to put God first in motherhood, and how the right spiritual order brings peace instead of pressure.

    If you’ve been searching:

    • “How to put God first as a busy mom”

    • “Christian wife and mom priorities”

    • “Biblical order in marriage and family”

    • “God first, husband second, kids third — is that biblical?”

    • “Christian mom overwhelmed and exhausted”

    This episode is for you.

In This Episode, We Talk About:
    • What “God first” actually looks like in real life (not just in theory)

    • The biblical order of priorities in the home

    • Why putting your husband before your children isn’t unloving — it’s biblical

    • How misaligned priorities lead to stress, resentment, and burnout

    • Practical ways to reorder your day around Christ

    • How to keep Jesus at the center without guilt or legalism

This is not about striving harder.

    It’s about alignment.

Because when God is first, everything else flows differently.

    • Matthew 6:33 – “Seek first the Kingdom of God…”

    • Genesis 2:24 – Leaving and cleaving in marriage

  • 24. Biblical Parenting in Today’s Culture: K-Pop, 6/7 & More
    Feb 18 2026

Are you teaching your kids what’s right and wrong… or is the world?

In this episode of Sanctified & Sleep Deprived, we’re talking about raising kids with Christian convictions in a culture that normalizes disrespect, anxiety, comparison, and constant noise.

We dive into real-life influences like K-Pop demon hunters, the viral 6/7 trend, and the challenges of co-parenting while trying to stand firm in biblical truth. We also touch on the “chew & spit” method from Mama Bear Apologetics — teaching our kids how to think critically, hold onto what’s true, and reject what doesn’t align with God’s Word.

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re too strict… or not strict enough… this honest conversation is for you.

  • 23. The Power of Words: Speaking Truth When Fear Hits and Eternity Feels Real
    Feb 11 2026

Seventy-two hours after being told to prepare to never see my dad again, I found myself sitting in a hospital waiting room faced with fear, uncertainty, and the weight of eternity.

    We talk about:

    • Why what we speak in moments of fear truly matters

    • The truths I clung to while waiting and praying

    • Why Christians don’t have to fear death

    • The difference between grief and eternal loss

    • And why eternity is something we cannot ignore

This is an honest, Scripture-centered conversation meant to anchor your heart in truth and point you back to the hope we have in Christ.

  • 21. Missing Out On Joy? 3 Ways to Find Joy in the Moment
    Feb 4 2026

Ever get to the end of the day and realize you don’t remember actually being in it? You were there physically… but your mind was somewhere else.

In this episode, we’re talking about why so many Christian moms are missing out on joy — not because we’re doing something wrong, but because our minds are constantly pulled in a hundred directions.

I’m sharing 3 simple, grace-filled ways to be more present in the moment, including:

    • How giving your worry to God actually frees up mental space to experience joy

    • Why organization (even if it’s not your strength) can calm your brain

    • How doing one thing at a time can become a spiritual practice that brings peace

We’ll look at Scripture, real-life mom moments, and practical shifts you can start using today — not to be more productive, but to be more present.

✨ Presence is where joy lives… and God wants to meet you right here.

  • 19. From Childhood Abuse to Healing in Christ | Angie Lagemann’s Story of Redemption & Hope
    Jan 28 2026

Content Warning / Explicit Episode: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse and sexual trauma. While details are shared with care and without graphic description, listener discretion is advised.

In this deeply moving and vulnerable conversation, Angie Lagemann shares her story of growing up in a home marked by confusion, abuse, and broken trust—and the long road that led her to true healing.

As a young child, Angie believed that once her stepfather returned from prison, life would finally get better. Instead, things became more painful and unsafe. When her home life continued to unravel, she held onto another hope: if she could find her biological father, surely he would rescue her. But that rescue never came.

What Angie ultimately discovered—through heartbreak, disappointment, and deep spiritual searching—was that no earthly parent could save her the way she needed. It was her Heavenly Father who saw her, protected her, and began the slow, sacred work of healing her heart.

This episode is not easy to listen to—but it is powerful, redemptive, and full of hope. Angie’s testimony is a reminder that God meets us in our darkest places, that trauma does not get the final word, and that healing is possible through Christ.

If you or someone you love has experienced childhood trauma or abuse, this conversation may feel heavy—but you are not alone, and your story is not over.
