  • Passing the Mic: How We Hold Space for Women’s Truths
    Aug 12 2025
For centuries, a woman’s voice has been met with suspicion.
    Her pain questioned.
    Her memory picked apart.
    Her credibility always on trial.
In this episode, Dr. Pat and I dive deep into the legacy of disbelief that women carry in their bones — and the emotional, spiritual, and societal cost of constantly having to prove our truth. We’re pulling back the curtain on the systems that trained us to mistrust women — and even to mistrust ourselves.
From historical witch trials to modern-day courtrooms and comment sections, the message has been loud and clear:
    "Your word is not enough."
    But what if it is?
    Together, we explore:
    • Why women’s credibility is still questioned in 2025 — and what that says about the world
    • The spiritual wound of being dismissed or disbelieved
    • How internalized doubt keeps women small, silent, and unsure
    • Why holding space without judgment is one of the most radical things we can do
    • And how using our platforms — from podcasts to kitchen tables — can become acts of truth-telling, witnessing, and collective healing
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can say to another woman is:
    “I believe you.”
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do —
    is pass the mic.

  • The Pain of Not Being Believed: A conversation we can no longer afford to avoid
    Jul 16 2025
What if the deepest wound wasn’t what happened to her — but the moment no one believed her?
In this raw and revealing episode, Jamie Shae sits down with transformational powerhouse Dr. Pat Baccili — founder of the Transformation Network — to uncover the invisible epidemic of disbelief women face every day.
Together, they ask the questions most people are afraid to confront:
    • What is the true emotional and spiritual cost of not being believed?
    • Why is a woman’s truth still up for debate — and who benefits from her doubt?
    • How does disbelief become a second form of violence?
    • What does it do to our bodies, our relationships, our voice?
    • And how do we reclaim our story when the world has already erased it?
This episode is a reckoning — with culture, with silence, and with ourselves.
It’s for the woman who were betrayed twice; first by trauma, then by doubt.
If you’ve ever been dismissed, doubted, or gaslit — this is the medicine.

  • Remaining Intact by Strengthening Power Within with guest Jamie Shae
    Jun 9 2025
Many people lose themselves in relationships. They clue into what’s expected and begin to compromise their own priorities and sense of self in order to maintain a bond in which they’ve become attached. Over time, the love offered loses its meaning and value, and the sense of self takes too many hits. Sometimes people decide it’s just better to be alone because at least then we can hold onto ourselves and remain intact. But…that’s not the only option.

In relationships lie the opportunities to maintain ourself while managing our interpersonal dynamics with others, all without selling our soul. This requires we develop our power within and refrain from trying to get the upper hand by engaging in power-over, or letting ourselves be dominated as in power-under either. The power-within that strengthens our sense of self requires we let go of the need for love, approval and acceptance from others. And, from that place, we keep our hearts open while managing relationships, making what we think and feel matter more than what others want from us or think of us. This is not done by separating ourselves from them. It’s done by keeping our hearts open and determining to be the constant. We decide to be the one responsible for the love we hold for ourselves and for others no matter what they do or decide. This is not always easy.

I can’t think of a better person to be discussing this with than my guest today. She is a woman who has declared for and made decisions to own her voice and to live a life of authenticity so that she can help others – particularly women - but men too, do the same. Just as when we declare for peace, all war breaks out to be cleared, so too does her declaration for women’s empowerment bring up all that needs to be cleared away within women, including herself. When life tests us, we can become defeated or we can realize these tests are the gateway to a life we love because we gain the skill to remain intact despite them.

    Some questions asked may be:
    1. Where have you struggled to remain intact in relationships?
    2. How do people sell their souls in relationships and play power-under?
    3. Why is it difficult for even accomplished, successful, adults (men and women) to remain intact?
    4. What are the costs of people pleasing?
    5. What are the costs of avoiding relationships altogether or engaging with authenticity?
    6. Where have you been maintaining being the constant in your life and in relationships and how does this feel?
