• #341 - Surviving to Thriving: A Holy Spirit Approach to Nervous System Healing for Moms w/Alison Levine
    Oct 12 2025

Alison Levine is a Holy Spirit-led coach helping women and mothers move from surviving to thriving through God's breath of life, nervous system healing and through deeper peace in their faith. After her own journey through burnout and postpartum depression, she found lasting peace and transformation by aligning her mind, body, and spirit with the presence of God. Now, she empowers women to find calm, clarity, and healing — not through trendy breathwork, but through the sacred alignment with the breath of life that God Himself gives. Her mission is to help women regulate their nervous systems, release anxiety, let go of their trauma and step into the peace and purpose God has designed for them.
One liner you can add in after intro: Get ready to trade survival mode for God’s peace — and breathe in His presence like never before.
"The breath that heals is the breath of life from God Himself."
