    I will be so honest, I am frustrated! These past couple of months have been pretty alright, and although I am grateful for the small wins, I also want my efforts to be reciprocated more. In this podcast, I talk about failures and some of the ways that I have been changing my perspective on the way I view them. One thing that I will always remember is that a failure means you were willing to do something. Just the act of taking initiative itself should be celebrated. So the next time you feel a bit frustrated just remember some of your small success in life!
