    Joining Ollie Brand, Zupa CEO, for this podcast is Bill Toner, chief executive of CH&Co. Bill, a hospitality veteran, inductee into British Travel and Hospitality's Hall of Fame and charity trustee, knows more than anyone the power that hospitality has to help bring people together. 

    Having risen through the ranks from hotel pot washer at 14 years old, to chef, to managing director at Gardner Merchant, and then CEO of Aramark, Bill became CEO of CH&Co Group in 2015. CH&Co is the UK’s largest contract caterers, providing food services from event catering, workplace cafés, schools and hospitals through to corporate fine dining. CH&Co also holds a Royal Warrant for catering services.

    In this podcast Bill shares his insights into the future of an industry he’s devoted his whole working life to, and reveals the lessons he's learned along the way.
