Kieron is co-founder of EXP101, an events and content creation business built to connect people through sharing stories, co-founder of Otolo, the hospitality mentoring community that will enable people across the industry through their development, he's also a Springboard Ambassador, and non-exec director of The Fermentation Station UK.
