  • 31: How Nature Can Help Us With Our Sorrow
    Apr 8 2025

Today I'm talking about how the rhythms of nature can help us with the sorrow that we're experiencing in our lives. I share the experience of our beloved cat transitioning and how nature communicated with me yesterday and helped me find strength and a sense of calm when I previously felt nothing of the sort. And I talk about my experience of moving to San Francisco from Pennsylvania many years ago after feeling a deep call from my inner self to move there even though I didn't have a job, a place to live, or a single contact. How nature helped me navigate all of that and more. And how it does it for me time and time again.

  • 30: How To Start Receiving Your Own Messages From Nature
    Mar 29 2025

In this episode I talk about my experience of waking up and having one challenge after another. And then three turkeys appeared on our property and their movement caught my eye. Surprised to see them, I observed them for a few minutes when suddenly one turned toward me, looked me straight in the eye, and conveyed an important message.

I share what that message was, how I understood what the turkey was communicating to me, and how its message significantly shifted my feelings and perspective. I talk about how everyone can begin receiving messages from nature – just like the message I received from the turkey I saw today – and how to start doing it.
