  • Episode 88: Surrendered and Submitted in the Love and Freedom of Christ” Part 2 of 2
    Feb 12 2026

Maybe you don’t feel safe to feel loved and heard. Maybe you have been hurt by people who were supposed to be safe for you, and you had to survive abuse. This could make it difficult to see God, hear from God or want to be in a relationship with God. This conversation is for you.

When surrender and submission come together in Christ, they form a posture of loving trust.

    This posture says:

    · “God, You are good.”

    · “God, You are safe.”

    · “God, You lead me toward life.”

John 10:10 tells us that Jesus came so we may have life—and have it abundantly.

God does not ask for surrender to diminish you.He asks for surrender to restore you.

Psalm 37:5 says, “Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act.”

Surrendered submission is not passive faith. It’s active dependence.

    Surrender in personal faith means:

    · Trusting God in uncertainty

    · Obeying even when it’s uncomfortable

    · Allowing God to shape your heart, not just your behavior

Jesus says in Matthew 16:24, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”

  • Episode 87: Surrendered and Submitted in the Love and Freedom of Christ” Part 1 of 2
    Feb 5 2026

We’re talking about two words that often carry emotional weight, especially in church spaces: surrender and submission.

For some people, these words bring comfort. For others, they bring confusion, resistance, or even pain.

But Scripture shows us that when surrender and submission are rooted in Christ’s love, they are not about losing yourself—they are about finding life.

So today we’re going to explore:

    · What surrender and submission truly mean in Christ

    · How this posture applies to personal faith

    · How submission to God differs from submission in human relationships

    · And how Jesus Himself models surrendered love

Let’s begin by grounding ourselves in Scripture.

  • Episode 86: Knowing God’s Voice: Discernment in an Age of Noise
    Jan 29 2026

In a world flooded with opinions, influencers, spiritual leaders, and powerful systems competing for our trust, how do we know what’s truly from God? Jesus said, “My sheep hear My voice.” That statement assumes discernment—not blind obedience. In this episode, we explore how to separate God’s voice from human voices, why discernment is a sign of spiritual maturity, and how to walk wisely in a world designed to distract, deceive, and misdirect us away from God’s true nature and calling.

We are living in one of the loudest generations in history.

    Everyone has a voice.
    Everyone has a platform.
    Everyone claims authority.

Spiritual leaders. Political leaders. Cultural movements. Algorithms. Trends. Even well-meaning Christians.

And yet Jesus said something profound in John 10:27:

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”

That verse doesn’t describe blind obedience.
    It describes recognition.

If God’s people are meant to recognize His voice, then discernment isn’t optional—it’s essential.

Today we’re talking about discernment in our time:
How to separate God’s voice from human voices
Why not every spiritual authority speaks for God
And how to stay anchored in truth when reality itself is constantly being shaped, filtered, and manipulated.

    This is not about fear.
    This is about clarity.
And it’s time to stop being fooled.

  • Episode 85: Whole & Aligned: Faith, Health, and the Courage to Speak
    Jan 22 2026

Today we’re talking about health, but not just nutrition or exercise. We’re talking about whole-person health—mind, body, and spirit—and how it’s deeply impacted by whether or not we feel free to think for ourselves, speak truthfully, and live authentically.

From a Christian perspective, we believe we are created with purpose, conscience, and free will. Scripture tells us we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139), yet many of us live disconnected from our inner convictions because of pressure to conform.

Psychology calls this groupthink. Sociology shows us how environments shape behavior. Faith reminds us that alignment matters—because what we suppress internally doesn’t disappear; it shows up in our health.

    GENERAL REFLECTION QUESTIONS:

    1. Where in my life do I feel most “out of alignment” between what I believe and how I live?

    2. When was the last time I stayed silent even though I felt something was wrong?

    3. What physical sensations do I notice when I suppress my thoughts or emotions?

    4. Do I associate disagreement with danger or disobedience? Why?

    5. How do I typically respond to pressure—freeze, comply, withdraw, or resist?

    6. What does authenticity look like in my daily life, not just in theory?

    7. Where might God be inviting me to speak with wisdom and courage?

    8. What fears arise when I imagine being more honest?

    9. How has my environment shaped my beliefs about speaking up?

    10. What would change in my health, relationships, or faith if I lived more aligned?

  • Episode 83: “Daughters by Design: God’s Purpose, Power, and Identity for Women”
    Jan 8 2026

In a world that constantly defines women by appearance, productivity, or comparison, God offers something radically different—identity by design.

Today’s episode is an invitation to step away from cultural noise and step into God’s truth about who women are, why He created them, and the value they bring to the world.

    We’ll explore:

    · How God intentionally designed women

    · The purpose women carry in God’s kingdom

    · What Scripture says about a woman’s identity and worth

    · And finally, a step-by-step guide on how to pray and rely on God to reveal your true identity as His daughter

Here is a simple, biblical, step-by-step way for women to pray and rely on God to reveal who they are in Him:

Psalm 62:8 tells us to pour out our hearts before Him.Pray openly about insecurity, confusion, or fear.

“God, I want to see myself the way You see me.”

James 1:5 promises that God gives wisdom generously when we ask.

Ask specifically:“Lord, reveal my identity as Your daughter.”

Romans 12:2 teaches that transformation happens through renewing the mind.

Read Scriptures about identity slowly. Sit with them. Let them shape your thinking.

2 Corinthians 10:5 reminds us to take every thought captive.

When a negative thought comes, replace it with God’s truth:

    · Lie: “I’m not enough.”

    · Truth: “God’s grace is sufficient for me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Prayer is not only speaking—it’s listening.

    God often speaks through:

    · Scripture

    · Peace in your spirit

    · Godly counsel

    · Repeated confirmations

Trust that He is revealing your identity step by step.

Identity becomes real when it’s lived.

Choose to walk as a daughter—confident, loved, obedient, and secure—even before you feel it.
