    If you’ve ever walked out of a doctor’s appointment about perimenopause feeling like nothing can be done, this episode is for you. Because that conversation should not have ended there. And in this episode I’m finishing it.

    Most women go home after being dismissed and they stop trying. Not because they’re lazy. Because a qualified person just told them there’s nothing to be done. So they wait. And while they’re waiting their symptoms get worse. Their relationships are affected. They feel more isolated. More unlike themselves. And they carry all of that quietly because nobody around them is talking about it honestly either.
