She represented U.S. companies such as GE, Warner Brothers, etc. to negotiate some complex and high-profile deals in China. During her in-house career with ADP, Aihong added corporate governance and antibribery compliance to her practice portfolio. When CDK was spun off from ADP to become an independent public company in 2014, Aihong volunteered to become the first privacy lawyer in the company. She has enjoyed the fun as well as the challenges of being a privacy and data security lawyer in the past 10 years.

    Aihong has been a speaker at privacy and cybersecurity events, including the ACC Annual Meeting and the Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference in 2023. She will speak again next month at the ACC Cybersecurity Summit in Los Angeles.
