Lyndi is a breath of fresh air when it comes to all the diet nonsense we’ve been taught our whole lives. She’s really changing the health game. Jenna is a fantastic co-host and has a very relatable point of view, her insights and opinions allow Lyndi to answer the questions we are all thinking
