Just after the Full Moon on November 5th, Messenger Mercury turns retrograde for the next three weeks. The upside is you have a full month to research and write your holiday shopping list. The challenge is managing expectations for Thanksgiving travel while Mercury is still cycling in reverse gear. Make sure you allow for plenty of extra time whether driving or flying to your holiday destination. Prepare to be flexible and patient; expect delays especially if hazardous weather conditions arise.

From November 8th to the 28th, Mercury will be retrograde; so practice the RE words: research, rest, relax, renew, restore, refresh, etc. Set intentions on the New Moon November 20th. The Saturday after Thanksgiving, both Taskmaster Saturn and Messenger Mercury turn direct motion. It is all steam ahead for holiday shopping, purchasing large ticket items such as cars, homes, appliances and tech devices, signing significant documents and booking travel plans. Cyber Monday sales on December 1st look terrific for landing great deals.

Eclipses are doorways to possibilities. If you are off track anywhere in your life, an eclipse can redirect you. However, when you are aligned with your path, eclipses offer support. September 7th and 21st mark the final eclipses of 2025. In Virgo, the September eclipses emphasize the future through grounded work, health practices, systematic preparation. Virgo is a mutable sign, meaning adaptable and versatile. Virgo asks us to look at our daily habits. Are they healthy? If not, we cannot be of optimal service to ourselves, let alone others. Healthy routines begin with our mental and spiritual wellbeing.

To make sure we change up the regimens of lives, Radical Uranus figures largely in this eclipse cycle. In communicative Gemini, Uranus asks us to change how we think, speak and write, beginning with how we talk to ourselves. Watch your inner monologue. Now is the time to use affirmations, or try new and different ones.
