We sat down to have a nice catch up and see what’s been going on for each other, we talk about the marathon and we also talk about how mano has been getting on with his college course and how he has spent quality time with his family while been off work with a broken hand.

He also touched on how he started taking drugs, how it escalated and how now has 19 months sober. He meets every Sunday morning with a great bunch of people at Portmarnick shelters and together they rise about it. He’s also getting ready to run his first ever marathon in less than 3 weeks.
