In this episode I talk about how spending time in silence, especially outdoors, can help you reconnect with yourself from the inside/out. You’ll hear why this practice started for me by accident, what came up when I allowed the thoughts to wash over me, and how those overwhelming waves eventually became calmer. I also explain how mindfulness does not have to be complicated. It can be as simple as going for a walk without headphones or sitting outside without distractions.

When you are still long enough, you start to hear things in your own voice that you have not heard in years. These moments become the building blocks of self-connection. We are diving into the original foundation of the YLF Experience and the actions I began developing as far back as 2020. This episode is part of a deeper conversation about how your weight loss and fitness goals can lead you back to yourself instead of away from who you really are.

As always, I want to hear your thoughts. Let me know what comes up for you when you try this out.
