Food doesn't get to have a say sis. The enemy is using food and sugar and food addiction or food shame as I like to call it, more than ever and we got to put a stop to it! Food is our fuel not his fuel in order to gain control over us! he doesn't get to win this battle. BUT, what if no one saw it. What if no one complimented? What if no one even noticed you showing up in your fitness journey and habits each day? Would you still do it? Would you still have the same excitement and discipline or work ethic as you do now?

    So many of us struggle with this all or nothing thinking, or as my grams likes to say, "this stinkin thinkin". It is stinkin for sure! If you think about it all perfectionism does is DRAIN US. We never accomplish perfectionism, we aren't Christ but somehow we seem to think if we just do more, push harder, be better, do differently, that somehow magically we will be perfect".     Doing what's right isn't always butterflies and rainbows. Doing what's right doesn't necessarily always FEEL good. It isn't always convenient. Its not always comfortable. But it's always going to be used for HIS glory. He always has a plan for us. He always sees the beauty before we do in the outcomes. & that goes right along with our fitness journeys too!
