    Hi everyone! Thanks for being patient while we were out of town but here is Week 14! Shannon takes the time to give us a refresh of where we’ve been in Hebrews so far. We go back a couple of times… (or more LOL) and we really get a full picture moment here in Hebrews. We see Jesus introduced to us (them) as the ultimate High Priest now in Chapters 4-6. We also go into what “cutting an oath” is and what that meant to the people of that time and what it really should mean to us today; a HOPE in Jesus Christ. We take a look back at what the author is trying to remind us and the theme of this week is REST! What did we just go over the last couple of weeks? Anxiety and fear, so naturally we gain REST in Jesus and salvation.

    This week we are going into Chapter 3! We do a lot of page flipping this week to look back at what the people of the time would've known. The history they lived and heard, sang, and wrote about. We see that Jesus is made higher than the Angels, He is higher than Moses, and He is the one true King who we should bow the knee to in worship!
