What are buyers looking for these days? It seems that on the Real Estate side buyers are getting more information on what they can ask for from the sellers. It can be concessions, it can be repairs, its interesting how things are changing because of all the access to information now. Buyers seem to be looking for those upgrades in homes that haven't had anything redone to them but sellers still ask for a high price tag.

On the other side we have a new average high for what a car cost now, $50,000! Can you believe that? What are buyers looking for in new vehicles these days? Is it reliability, technology or MPG? It's so hard to buy a car in general now we are getting confused of which brand has what and whats going to last me in the years to come. What do they look for?
