Welcome to another episode of Hoops & Healing! We are well into season 2 and so I figured it was time for another solo episode. For the first part of this episode I asked my followers to ask me their questions related to Hoops and Healing and they did NOT disappoint. I received so many amazing questions and I had a great time getting to answer them on the show. You can learn more about my personal experiences growing up as a hooper, hear my takes on hot WNBA topics and listen to some of the advice I've learned on my healing journey and have incorporated into my every day life to live a better, more fulfilling life.

For the second part of this episode I break down what to look forward to and what to keep an eye on in women's hoops in a segment I am calling Court Vision. Now that the WNBA season is over, some of you may be wondering, what do I do? Let's first have a conversation about the looming WNBA CBA negotiations and a topic I think is being overlooked about it. From there let's chat about where to watch women's basketball during the WNBA off season and all of the new and exciting professional leagues popping up!
