Becoming a young woman is hard, our bodies are constantly changing! For menstrual hygiene day, two of our senior club female members break the taboo's around periods and menstruation, they invite girls and young women to listen in on advice and tips on keeping up with care when Mother Nature calls!

"Life of the Youngers" is a new senior club podcast group in Hideout, that discuss important issues and topics surrounding them. April is stress awareness month, with many young people doing mock exams and leading up to their GCSE's, the group talk all about Schools, Exams and best ways they think schools could help with helping young people with stress.

On Valentines Day, members from our senior club discussed what are healthy, meaningful relationships and what they should look like.
