Her journey has allowed her a profound balance of healing and offering information depending on the situation and needs of those around her. Labels, modalities, and boxes cannot contain the spiritual assistance we receive as physical vessels. We connect to healers and build relationships based on energy and intuition, not their resumé. 

Our discussion of transition and transformation comes full circle as Elisa shares her dark night of the soul that propelled her to look into her own trauma. She was opened to what could be in just one night of self-recognition. We are so much more than our thoughts. Life began again and she felt called to act and help people find that light for themselves. Elisa is a true example of how healing yourself will help heal others in return. Shine the light. 

The spiritual forecast is clear: treat yourself well. Self-love and compassion are a solid foundation to start with. It is not selfish to be a whole human. You carry so much; get out there and make it count.

Today’s episode welcomes guest and girlfriend Erin Newman.Fair-minded and conflict-free, Erin’s still got a mysterious edge we couldn’t wait to dive into (it turns out it’s a mystery to her, too)! 

Erin is ever-evolving, from a spiritual life and business coach to dropping the “coach” and embracing her role as a healer. She recognized a pattern in clients that was actually coming up for her: the loneliness within the ascension process. As we level up, old spaces and relationships just aren’t cutting it anymore, but the elevator hasn’t fully arrived at the next floor yet. Being conscious of the deconditioning and shedding of labels may be a lonely time, but Erin knows it won’t always be that way. 

This reflects Cass’ experiences lately as she lives in the elevator of ascension and people seem to come and go with each passing floor. She is being visited by the ghosts of her own energy healing and she shares the revolutionary solstice downloads she received as her own recent ascension: the world is being ripped apart. Cass knows it’s going to get harder before it gets easier, as is often the case, but it’s always worth it to level up over staying stuck in the muck.

The conversation segues naturally into a roundtable on the ebb and flow of friendship. We’ve all experienced outgrowing friends and rising together with others, but judgment has no place in a true friendship. Kaylin shares her mama’s wisdom about the evolution of friendship, stating, “Friendship is a conspiracy amongst people at the same life point.” We can either focus on the ways we differ or choose to embrace our connection points. 

We’ve been taught to present ourselves in ways that can be palatable for as many people as possible. We’re resetting expectations of ourselves, others, and standards of television shows, old and new. Tune in for the full experience and we hope you feel a little less lonely on your journey today!

In today’s episode, we jump right in and introduce our guest, the lovely Ariel Arnson! As a fan of our show, she had to be part of our quirky card pulls to kick things off. The Hip Hop Queens deck never fails to boost us up!

Ariel is a hard worker and super tapped into Spirit. We were introduced through Jade as they’ve been on a healing journey together since January. In what we now call “Jade’s month of personal development,” she connected with Ariel, a gifted and intuitive healer through RTT. Ariel helped tap into her need to own her words and the confidence to stand tall in her power. She explains her process and the basics of RTT (rapid transformational therapy), a relative of hypnotherapy. 

Past lives can occur even in this lifetime with the number of transformations we go through as human beings. Ariel’s story spans several of these transformations and major life events that have shaped her to be who she is today. The Universe has nudged her toward alignment along the way, with synchronicities as clear as meeting her soulmate as he was dressed as Captain Obvious. You can’t make this shit up. The more she surrendered, the more her path was laid out in front of her, and hypnotherapy allowed those final pieces to click into place.

This episode was special in many ways. Between sharing Jade’s personal soul healing in combination with Ariel’s experience and continuing to heal our witchy wounds, it’s always powerful to share the mic with fellow healers - apparently powerful enough to force a time-space continuum wrinkle.
