In today's episode, my lovely co-host Kristen has taken up the mantel of interviewer so that I could have a chance to share my FAM story. This ended up being pretty deeply personal and vulnerable, and humbling to say the least. I've never publicly shared so much of my story, since parts of it are somewhat unsavory. I talk a bit about an abusive relationship from my early 20s that had a significant impact on my self-conception as a woman, and I get pretty real about my emergence from that struggle and how it hasn't exactly been a linear or neat and tidy process. I hope coloring in some of this background information about me helps you to understand my heart for this work and my mission with this show. I am sincerely honored to hear your stories and to be trusted to witness the sharing in real time, to be trusted to publish these stories for the edification of others, and now to share my own testimony of the power of fertility awareness to lay the foundation for a life of victory over victimhood, and freedom in femininity.

This episode marks a very special moment in the history of this podcast, as I am joined by the lovely Kristen Fernandes. A colleague turned bestie, Kristen and I became fast friends when we connected in a peer review session held by our alma mater over our obsession with German New Medicine. Flash forward a couple weeks, and she flew all the way from Poland to California where we spent a week together, exploring each other's minds and the terrain of SoCal. My brain twin, intellectual powerhouse, absolute sweetheart, gorgeous talent, and now creative partner and co-host shares her testimonial for Fertility Awareness in this delicious episode. I'm so excited for you to get to know her and I'm even more excited to keep creating new episodes with Kristen for you all. This is just the beginning and there's so much more to come, but for now, please enjoy Kristen's story.

    Feb 27 2026

I'm joined by the lovely Cree from Salt Lake City, Utah in todays episode. Also an educator and graduate from The Well, Cree's journey began like most of ours -- divorced from connection with her womb and her cycles, but a moment of presence with her own blood changed everything. We discuss her path forward into the natural health space as a massage therapist and eventually a cycle wisdom educator, radical responsibility for both men and women in creating life, "accidental pregnancies," and how sometimes FAM may not be the best choice for everyone. Cree is a beautiful wellspring of the fruits of wisdom and embodiment that the FAM tree so often bears, so I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!

In today’s episode, I talk with Chanana, a mother of two and FAE from Arizona. Chanana began walking a more holistic path around age 19, but found that birth control was the missing piece after an unplanned pregnancy. After a long period of celibacy, Chanana emerged having learned and dialed in her FAM practice before becoming an instructor herself. We discuss the physical and spiritual significance of achieving “womb literacy,” the importance of closing the knowledge gap and leveling the playing field for women of color, and how this knowledge can inoculate women against unnecessary harm that results from sex-based and racial bias in medical settings and beyond.

In today’s episode I sit down with my dear friend Daphne, an FAE from Utah. Being the close friends that we are, our candid and vulnerable conversation takes some meandering twists and turns. Our talk reveals the importance of imprints in creating your life path and Daphne shares about her journey towards greater self-responsibility, living a lifestyle of preparing for conception, serving women in birth, and how FAM lays the foundation for all of it. I hope you enjoy our sweet conversation and a little window into this blessing of a friendship.

    Feb 6 2026

In today’s episode, Hannah, a psychotherapist from Las Vegas, shares with me her journey through the darkness of bipolar disorder linked to the copper IUD, and how a brave decision to remove her own IUD without medical assistance saved her life and led her to finding FAM. We cover the challenges women face in the medical system when it comes to mood instability and how birth control is often overlooked as a benign “non-contributor” to mental health issues. Hannah also shares how FAM empowered her with not only a skill, but compassion for herself on a deeper level than ever before.

In today’s episode I’m joined by Jasmin, a Swiss transplant to the states who became a SymptoPro educator after the allopathic route of using hormonal birth control to treat painful periods led to an ovarian cyst and subsequent surgery. We discussed our shared experiences of medical gaslighting, as well as the amazing feeling of having the veil lifted and finally seeing female physiology clearly for the first time, how men can benefit from a FAM practicing partner, and how truly the whole world can change when one woman reclaims her reproductive sovereignty through fertility awareness. I loved this conversation and I’m thrilled to share it with you.
