Today’s episode of Game’s Gone takes us back to perhaps the nadir of the England men’s national team where, after a shocking Euro 2016 exit, Big Sam Allardyce took the vacant manager’s job as the best solution of a bad bunch. That was until he really wasn’t, just 66 days later.
