I lay out a four-step reset for family photographers who want to pivot their brand toward sessions that feel true: ruthlessly cull, define the niche, curate the homepage, and announce the change with confident, specific offers. The goal is trust and consistency so the work you show matches the work you want to book.

    • Ruthless cull across all platforms to remove off-brand images
    • Keep, archive, delete or repurpose workflow to decide what stays
    • Prioritize emotive, on-brand work over technical perfection
    • Define a single profitable session type and name its traits
    • Build a private ideal gallery to spot patterns and language
    • Curate the homepage with 20–30 images per session type
    • Write clear, specific descriptors your ideal client understands
    • Announce the shift and invite aligned clients first
    • Create a named offer with limited slots for focus and clarity
    • Avoid pitfalls: sentiment, proving range, perfectionism, quantity
    • Market the audit consistently to create visibility and trust

Join the membership: we’re shifting to specified booking paths with monthly money calls to tie creative focus to financial goals. We’ll also host a vision and dream board clinic in January. Come post yours and build momentum for 2026.

We share two themes that can run your entire 2026 marketing plan: make every step crystal clear and keep the promises you make to yourself and your clients. We map a booking path that reduces mental load, steadies visibility, and turns relief into trust and bookings.

    • clarity as a guiding principle across website, social, and email
    • the Ace Hardware greeter as a model for helpful marketing
    • removing old images, broken tech, and vague offers
    • building seasonal booking paths for specific sessions
    • relief leading to trust, trust leading to conversions
    • how to speak clearly about your brand at events
    • keeping promises to build self-trust and predictability
    • replacing manual visibility with ads when needed
    • stabilising marketing to avoid feast-famine cycles
    • why families want transparency, stability, and speed

If you are at all needing help with your website, there's a February and a January small group that you can join
