There will never be a day that you'll wake up and feel motivated to do something and/or anything. You need to step up, become the parent in your life and just '... do it anyway...' Seems pretty logical but we, not all seem to do that. This episode will give you a few pointers on what to do if your 'motivation' is lagging.
