In this episode I sat down with fitness creator Nikki Macias to talk about the deeper meaning behind discipline, self-confidence, and personal growth.

Nikki also talks about building an authentic online community, handling negative comments, and how discipline in fitness can impact dating, relationships, and the type of partner you attract.

    Topics covered in this episode:

    • How fitness helped Nikki overcome a difficult mental period

    • The discipline weightlifting teaches that most people don’t understand

    • Balancing femininity with strength and bodybuilding

    • Building a supportive online fitness community

  • Therapy, Trauma & Modern Dating - with Guest Yessica Palma
    Mar 2 2026

Today’s episode is about therapy, and I brought in the perfect guest.

Yessica Palma is a bilingual therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and the founder of Let It Bloom Mental Health. Born in Honduras, raised between Mexico and Las Vegas, and having traveled to over 25 countries, Yessica brings a unique global perspective to healing, mental health, and relationships.

In this conversation, we go deep on:
    • How yoga helps process trauma from a nervous system perspective
    • Why mental health isn’t just about your thoughts, it lives in your whole body
    • The difference between boundaries and walls
    • Why therapy is more than “just talking”
    • Anxiety: Can it be eliminated or just managed?
    • How therapy changes your dating patterns
    • The biggest emotional red flag people ignore in modern dating
    • Why defensiveness destroys relationships

Yessica also shares her personal journey, from a quarter-life crisis to earning her master’s degree at UNLV, to building Let It Bloom Mental Health during the pandemic. Her approach blends curiosity, cultural awareness, nervous system regulation, and intentional space design to create true safety in the therapy room.

If you’ve ever wondered: Is therapy really for me? Can trauma be processed physically? How do I stop repeating unhealthy relationship patterns?

  • Marriage Has Bad Branding
    Feb 28 2026

Why aren’t young men excited about marriage anymore?

In this solo episode of the Elite Level Status Podcast, I ask a question that most people are thinking but not saying out loud:

Has marriage developed a branding problem?

From social media divorce horror stories to public celebrity humiliation, to being told “don’t rush” and “protect yourself,” the messaging around marriage doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. If something is constantly described as sacrifice and risk, but rarely as reward, why would anyone run toward it?

In this episode, I break down:
    • Why marriage feels risky to modern men
    • How messaging shapes the dating market
    • The “risk vs reward” gap in marriage
    • Whether prenups are misunderstood
    • Why permanence feels intimidating in a culture that values flexibility
    • The difference between marriage as restriction vs marriage as amplification
    • How fixing marriage perception could stabilize the dating market

I personally do want to get married but I think we need to have a more honest conversation about what men actually gain and why marriage should be seen as powerful, aspirational, and stabilizing.

If we don’t fix how young men view marriage, we can’t be surprised when dating feels unstable. But if we can market marriage as aspirational and powerful then everyone wins.

Let me know your thoughts in the comments: Is marriage misunderstood?
Are men anti-marriage or just pro-freedom? Is the risk overblown?

  • Episode 11: Dating While Building an Empire - The Emotional Tax of Entrepreneurship with Guest Blu Fouch
    Feb 16 2026

In this episode of the Elite Level Status Podcast, I sit down with returning guest Blu Fouch, founder of Pets Are Kids 2 Mobile Grooming, to talk about something most entrepreneurs don’t say out loud:

The emotional tax of building a business while trying to build a relationship.

    Blu opens up about:
    • Taking a full year off dating to focus on her empire.
    • Why successful women struggle to find partners who truly make space for them.
    • The difference between a man who’s intimidated and a man who’s inspired.
    • Why drive and ambition matter more than income.
    • The danger of shrinking yourself to make a relationship work.
    • Emotional intelligence as the sexiest trait a man can bring.
    • The “holes in the cup” analogy every woman needs to hear.
    • Why being single is not a downgrade, it’s leverage.

    We also get into:
    – Submissiveness and leadership dynamics
    – Dating entrepreneurs vs 9–5 professionals
    – Why inconsistency hits harder when you run a business
    – The truth about healing after long relationships
    – Choosing yourself vs. choosing comfort

If you’re building something meaningful and wondering how love fits into the equation, this conversation is for you.

Success and love shouldn’t compete, but they will if you don’t choose wisely.

    Drop a comment:
Can you build an empire and build a relationship at the same time?

  • Why The Dating Market Is Broken And How We Fix It
    Feb 3 2026

Everyone says the dating market is broken.

But almost no one explains why, or how we actually fix it.

In this episode, I break down what’s really happening between single men and single women, where the disconnect started, and why so many people feel frustrated, unmotivated, or hopeless when it comes to dating.

    This isn’t a blame game.

    I talk about:

    • Why men are struggling to stay motivated in today’s dating market.
    • Why women are having a hard time finding trustworthy, committed men.
    • The misunderstandings both sides have about each other.
    • Why money and status aren’t the real issue most people think they are.
    • What actually creates attraction, confidence, and long-term relationships.
    • Most importantly, I share practical mindset shifts both men and women can make to immediately improve their dating outcomes.

If you’re single, tired of surface-level advice, and genuinely want better relationships, this episode is for you.

    The dating market isn’t hopeless.

But it does need fixing and it starts with understanding each other better.

  • How 2 Cocktale - A Money Manifesto For The Service Industry - with Guest Dana June
    Jan 19 2026

In this episode I'm joined by business woman and author Dana June as we discuss her new book "How 2 Cocktale, A Money Manifesto For The Service Industry". Listen in as we discuss Dana's background and what led her to write a book about financial literacy from a service industry perspective.

I myself read the book and below are my thoughts:

An impactful book while being short and easy to understand. If you're of working age then this book should be required reading whether you're in the service industry or not. How 2 Cocktale is efficient and very "to the point" while teaching multiple foundational financial principles backed by personal stories from the author Dana June. You can read it in the time it takes to literally have a cocktail and gain financial knowledge you'll have forever. Highly recommended.
