Left unresolved, these incidents live on in the subconscious, showing up as limiting beliefs, repeating patterns, or emotional triggers. They become our false identity and run the show of our lives like puppet strings. “I am not enough,” “Something is wrong with me,” “I don’t belong,” etc. The E4 Method™ offers a way to move beyond simply coping with your past. AWAKEN THE ORACLE WITHIN: Are you holding on to a particular item, which is communicating to the Universe you are not ready to receive?
