• 238 | When Clutter is EVERYWHERE | Is Your Home One Big Junk Drawer?
    May 7 2025

    Hi Guys,

So...How does a house turn into one giant jung drawer? Here’s how…Postponed Decisions, maybe I'll need it later thinking, no designated home, choosing convenience over intention...eventually, blind spots form, overwhelm sets in, and you are faced with a home that has turned into a giant junk drawer.

Here is your five step plan to remedy this:

    1. Awareness - take a video of your space

    2. Choose a small area to start with

    3. Empty it completely

    4. Choose items to keep

    5. Choose a new standard for that zone

    I hope this helps you!

    XO,

    Amber

  • 237 | How to Declutter Your Wardrobe | May 2025 Wardrobe Challenge
    May 5 2025

    Hey guys,

We are decluttering our wardrobe this month! Join our facebook group HERE to follow along and get support. 💛

    Here's the plan for May:

    • May 5: Tops
    • May 12: Bottoms
    • May 19: One-pieces
    • May 26: Outerwear & Accessories

Here are the categories I use for separating and storing tops:

    1. Long-sleeve t-shirts
    2. T-shirts
    3. Tank tops
    4. Bra-tops
    5. Hang up tops

    Here's your method:

    • A – Awareness
      Remember your why.
Why are you decluttering? What do you want your closet—and your mornings—to feel like?

    • B – Breathe
      Regulate your nervous system.
Take a few deep breaths. This process can stir up emotions—stay grounded and gentle with yourself.

    • C – Choose
      Intentionally keep what you love.
Ask: Do I feel good in this? Does this fit my life now? Would I buy it again?

    • D – Declutter
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Release anything that doesn’t support who you are today—without guilt.

    • E – Eliminate
Physically remove it from your home.
Donate, recycle, or give away the items you’re letting go of. Don’t let the pile linger.

  • 233 | How to Declutter Utensils, Food Storage Containers, & Water Bottles WITHOUT Getting Overwhelmed
    Apr 22 2025

Is your kitchen drawer a graveyard of spatulas, leaky water bottles, and food containers with no lids? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to live like this. In today’s episode, we’re diving into the hidden clutter behind food prep: utensils, silverware, water bottles, and all those mysterious kitchen gadgets you forgot you even owned.

Using my mindful A.M.B.E.R. Method, I’ll help you clear space, quiet the chaos, and take back control of your kitchen — one drawer at a time.

    Here are your three steps:
    1. Choose a space: food storage, water bottles, or utensils/silverware
    2. Set a timer for 15 minutes and go through the AMBER method as many times as need during the 15 minutes
    3. Take items to recycle or to the donation center
