Guided meditation for beginners or people wanting to learn more

Short and sweet at 10 min, even busy people will have the time to do these.
They’ve helped me wind down on those stressful days and made me feel connected to myself and spiritually.
I have a new insight to different sort of meditation and will keep practicing these.
