Hey My Wreckage Clearers! Well February 22 was my ten year anniversary of sobriety and recovery. No drug and no alcohol for the past ten years. As you know over the course of these years I have been clearing the wreckage or learning how to in my daily walk. Now my purpose is to share with you my experience and give life back especially since I was dead and came back to life. I talk with you in this conversation mainly about returning home and being comfortable with yourself. I suggest you listen and listen well and let's walk together back home.

Hey my Wreckage Clearers! I was told this several times and I didn't get it until I faced the fact that they were right. I did not love myself. Do you love yourself? our natural response is to say, Yes to that question immediately. But do we really love ourselves? I share with you authentically as always how I come to that realization that I don't love myself and of course the process and the work that it involves. How we began to clear the wreckage and start loving ourselves.

Hey my Wreckage Clearers! Today we discuss how after I came to life it was about me bringing life to everyone. realizing that I belong and we belong together. I no longer viewed myself as separate from anyone. I knew that I am interconnected to all beings. Which fostered a deeper empathy and compassion for myself and well really myself because there is no such thing as other. We are all but mere reflections. How Can I help? How can I serve? How can I love? Questions I began to ask myself. Are you asking how can I serve or how can I benefit?
