• EP 4 : MIDDLE SCHOOL (TRIGGER WARNING)
    Mar 3 2026

⚠️This episode discusses SA, abuse, and bullying.

In this episode, I open up about the first times I experienced SA and how those moments deeply impacted my identity, my sense of safety, and the way my brain processed love and trust. I talk about knowing I liked girls at a young age but not knowing if it was okay, and growing up feeling judged and reprimanded instead of supported.

I also share what happened in middle school when a peer hurt me and then turned my 6th–8th grade years into a nightmare through rumors and bullying.

This conversation is heavy, but it’s necessary. I’m sharing it because I know I’m not alone and neither are you. Silence protects harm. Speaking up creates space for healing.

  • SAMANTHA
    Mar 3 2026

This episode is about my longest-standing friendship — 27 years and counting. We met in 1996, and from that moment on, Samantha became a constant in my life. She was a pillar for me during times when I needed love, stability, and someone who truly saw me.

Now let’s be clear — no friendship is perfect. We’ve argued. We’ve talked our shit. We’ve had sister fights. But that’s exactly what we are — sisters. The kind where you don’t talk for six months, then pick up the phone and it’s like no time passed at all.

Her family loved me like I was their own. When my life felt unstable, their home felt safe. And while Samantha and I were raised differently, our bond stayed solid. Blood couldn’t make us closer. In many ways, she’s more of a sister to me than my biological one.

This episode is my thank you to her — for being part of my journey, for loving me when I needed it most, and for showing me what real friendship looks like.

  • ADOPTION
    Mar 3 2026

Adoption is often misunderstood. In this episode, I share my story, the confusing, emotional, and sometimes painful reality of being adopted. I talk about what the process actually looked like for me, how it felt to leave one life behind and enter another, and why adoption isn’t the same for every child. It’s not just moving into a new house or getting a new parent—it’s navigating loss, love, identity, and change all at once. I’m keeping it real and raw, sharing what it meant to me as a kid and how it shaped the person I am today.
