    Today on the Bx Podcast we have Bron Williams from bronwilliams.com. As you’ll hear Bron was working with asylum seekers on the Pacific island of Nauru when she first realised that she was carrying an unconscious bias towards the folks that she was there to help.
    It was confronting for sure and at the time there was no way out of it. She was there stuck on the island and had to deal with it all.
    Fast forward and Bronwyn is more determined than ever to make bias conscious in the corporate environment.
    Rather than aiming to eliminate unconscious bias, we should accept we are a result of our environment and inherently biased. We are better served making those biases conscious, and developing targeted strategies to drive successful growth and change.
    If you want to know how to accelerate the growth of your business then much of what can help you will be found in your bias towards things.
