  • The Prediction Game: 2026 Edition
    Jan 8 2026
Welcome back and Happy New Year to all the Buttons out there. The Boys are back with a vengeance after their Christmas break. And what better way to kick things off than by looking back at how their Metacritic predictions went last year and looking ahead to pick their three most anticipated games (and backup) of 2026. From massive movie franchise tie-ins to indie arm-based adventures, we've got you covered. But before that, of course, we start with what the Boys have been playing over the festive season. Sarah eats humble bum with an apology, Pierre attempts to teach his nephews automotive physics and Glenn self-inflicts stress during the most relaxed time of the year. If you can't get enough Button Boys content, head over to Patreon, where you can find our weekly Hidden Cache bonus episode featuring more gripes, game recommendations and our Hitman: World of Assassination playthrough, as well as a back catalogue of our Dark Souls playthrough. • Hidden Cache - The Butties Afterparty
    Jan 1 2026
As we're away this week we'd thought we'd put out a normally Patreon-exclusive episode of Hidden Cache. We'll be back next week with brand-new, box-fresh content. After the excessive blowout of the main awards show, it’s time for the Boys to kick back and relax in a Patreon-exclusive VIP area of the Hidden Cache nightclub. If you thought the awards were done, think again, as Pierre, Sarah and Glenn keep dishing them out left, right and centre. Sarah reveals their true feelings about Split Fiction, Glenn fesses up to his addiction and Pierre tries to get to the bottom of Glenn’s RNG aflussy. And that’s not it: the results are in from our Stud Farm substitute playthrough poll, so make sure to tune in to find out which game the Boys will be taking on next!y Remember, the conversation continues over on our Discord! You can find the video of each week's main podcast on YouTube. Follow along with the Button Boys on Instagram or TikTok for highlights, behind-the-scenes and future podcast announcements. If you have any suggestions of topics to cover please let us know either here on Patreon, via our social media above or by emailing buttonboyspod@gmail.com. We'd love to hear from you! It wouldn't be truly festive without a meltdown and Glenn, of course, provides. We'll also be checking in to find out what the Boys will be entertaining themselves with during the taint of 2025. This is our last episode of the year and we want to say a huge thank you to all of our listeners and viewers who have been with us on the journey through our first six months.
