Welcome to our last episode of the season: Period!

Extreme TMI warning but would you expect anything less? But Folks, we are REALLY going to go there...

In this Episode, we discussed everything from to our cliche first periods to our ever changing perimenopausal cycles. We also realised that we are probably the first generation of older moms who are losing their periods as their daughters are on the cusp of theirs! It's a weird situation, indeed! This episode is mostly here to get the conversation started. It's not just for women! We want to take away the stigma and shame of discussing everything about our flows. They say the average woman has about 450 periods in a lifetime yet some of this stuff was completely new to us!
