• Last Episode of 2025: Don't Do "Goals" But Instead Be More Intentional in 2026
    Dec 22 2025

    The B.E.I.N.G. Space reopens January 3rd, 2026

Welcome to the final episode of our end-of-year series! I am wrapping up our conversation on self-recovery and boundaries by offering a framework for leaving 2025 behind and crafting a intentional, liberated blueprint for 2026.

    The steps are:

    • Honor the release that needs to happen
    • Your goals don't need to be about fixing your perceived flaws or being hypercritical of yourself. Think about setting intentions instead
    • Be sure to include community building in your plans for 2026

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this episode as well as some of your intentions for 2026. If you share this episode or your intentions on social, be sure to tag me.

If you are listening on iTunes or Spotify please leave a rating and review pretty please :)

Also, if you are making some changes in 2026 and need clarity and support as you boldly bloom, book some time on my calenedar here: The B.E.I.N.G. Space I will be back "in office" January 3rd.

    See you in 2026!!!!

  • December Is The Best Month To Release The "Fake" and Find Your Real Self
    Dec 8 2025

The work discussed in this episode, as we enter the final days of 2025, is not just about ending the year on a high. What I feel it is, is an opportunity to see 2026 as the year your authentic self is non-negotiable. In this episode we are talking about self-care through the lens of transition, a fresh start, into the new year.

    In this episode let's explore:

    • Winter as the Shedding Season: Using the end of 2025 as a time to identify and release the societal expectations and masks that stifle our authentic selves.
    • Decolonizing Your Worth: Challenging narratives of strength and productivity to embrace softness, vulnerability, and rest.
    • Returning to Your Roots: The importance of reconnecting with hobbies, creativity, and ancestral wisdom that spark your mind, heart, and spirit.

  • 5 Signs You Need To Go Sit Down Somewhere
    Dec 1 2025

In this episode, I'm getting honest about the moments when your spirit is no longer whispering, but instead she’s tapping you on the shoulder, side-eyeing you, and begging you to just sit down somewhere.

As Black women, we’re praised for pushing through, carrying everything, and keeping it all together. But this season is about something different: honoring your humanity, choosing ease, and learning to pause before life forces you to.

We’ll explore the 5 signs that show up when you’re out of alignment:

    • when you’re scattered instead of centered
    • drained instead of nourished
    • ✨eactive instead of peaceful
    • doubting instead of grounded
    • and disconnected instead of intuitive

  • 6 Things You Can Start Doing Today To Have "Perfect Days" (Takeaways from Perfect Days Movie)
    Oct 27 2025

If you are in need of a reminder to slow down, be present and not feel pressured to buy/have "all the things", this episode is definitely for you!

Recently, i watched a movie on Hulu called "Perfect Days" about a toilet cleaner in Japan. I thought it would be about his job (and how could that even be exciting??) but it was about much, much more.

I'm sharing six takeaways that will help you experience your own "perfect" days, ones where you are more grounded and present, versus worrying about the accumulation or use of the latest and greatest stuff.

As mentioned, if you'd like to spend some one on one time with me, getting your self-care plan in order, you can connect with me here: BEING w/ Bre
