    Welcome back for another episode of the Booked on Fantasy Podcast! We're getting closer and closer to finishing Empire of Storms but this week we dive in to chapters 57-63.

    In an emotionally riveting rescue, Elide jumps in to save Lorcan from Fenrys and Gavriel's blood oath ordered attack. With her life and Lorcan's now in limbo - things are not looking good. Fortunately, Rowan steps in to stop further bloodshed by declaring Elide and Lorcan were now under the protection of Aelin Ashryver Galathynius! After a heartfelt reunion, Manon reveals the object in the chest was a witch mirror then proceeds to give more information on the various kinds. Once at the shore - we were DELIGHTED to be reunited with the wine-red haired traitor herself: Ansel of Briarcliff! Ansel and Aelin have a good old heart to heart, but just when you think everyone is in the clear, Maeve reveals her big plan with an unexpected attack. All than and more in today's deep dive!
