Through her platform, she shares honest accounts of her lived experience and provides practical advice for the neurodivergent community. • Still A Mucky F**ker..?
    Nov 7 2025

It's just me this week with a follow up to the Mucky F**ker episode. This week we had people (who we both ADORE!) over to stay. TERRIFYING!!! Did we manage to get the house into an ok enough state to have guests over? Did I managed to keep my shit together? Did I spend far too much money on Lego??? I think we already know the answer to the last question anyway...

  • AuDHD Parenting With Erin Fung
    Oct 24 2025

Not only is today the fourth annual ADHDAF day, but I've got the awesome Erin Fung of alt_audhd fame on the podcast to talk about what it's like parenting AuDHD children as an AuDHD parent, how things have changed with parenting generationally and coping with ARFID. We, of course go off on many tangents today including what made me pluck up the courage to invite her onto the podcast... our mutual love of the movie Labyrinth, funko pops and the muppets!

Trigger warning, today's episode contains discussion on disordered eating amongst other topics some listeners may find upsetting.

  • The Importance Of Peer Support with Laura Mears Reynolds
    Oct 3 2025

October is ADHD Awareness month and what better way to kick things off than a chat with the Queen of the Leopard Print Army, Laura Mears Reynolds, about the importance of peer support.

Laura started up the ADHDAF+ charity in order to connect and empower late diagnosed people of marginalised genders in the UK and form peer support groups. I know how important peer support can be after growing up in a world that's geared towards neurotypical people.

Also… she taught me how to do links!! 🫶🐆🫡🎖️

She’s back! The queen of chaos returns! Sam Brown, or Mrs AuDHD as you may know her, is back on the podcast and originally were going to talk about how sex is affected by our neurodivergence, but shockingly enough we got distracted and went off on a some fun tangents about relationships, gender and trying to look at things from other people’s perspectives.
