the section on addiction where the author said that ppl who suffered from addiction in life are still dealing with addiction in the afterlife and that they don't go straight to the light instead are either stuck in the Astral realms or hanging around other addicts that are still alive caused me soooo much distress as my loved one who passed from cancer had suffered with addiction issues most of his life. To think of him still suffering in death is more than I can bare. Reading that chapter has left me desperately upset to the point where I am inconsolable. I can't beleive the author could be so thoughtless and downright cruel to write these things in a book that is aimed at grieving ppl, many of which who would have had loved ones who struggled with addiction before they passed.

Do not read if your loved one had struggled with addiction before they died.
