A book for when you feel "behind" in life

Meghan, thankyou for writing about your experiences of feeling "behind" so honestly. I really needed someone who had been through this and could offer encouragement and perspective. I relate so much to the circumstances you describe and it's been helpful to remember that I don't struggle with these thoughts and feelings alone. I appreciate the way you show that there isn't a way to "solve" this and share journal entries of continuing to work through the "behind" feelings by taking them to God. I also like your suggestion to "look up" as a really simple way to short circuit negative thought loops and see the wonderful creator's bigger picture and his love and faithfulness. Thankyou so much for opening your heart so vulnerably!
