Brilliant story but it was so hard to listen to at times. The things people will do to kids is heartbreaking. Maggie is wonderful and I can’t wait for the next book

The story was very well written. I still can’t get my head around how much Ralph suffered at the hands of his mother and stepfather. At least he ended up with the life he deserved

Another beautiful Maggie Hartley story of heartache to love. So glad Ralph’s family was found and he was United with his sisters. I lost all of my siblings once I went into care and the relationships couldn’t be reestablished as adults.
