This is a magnificent love story for those who enjoy fiercely loyal and insanely sexy alpha heroes, smart and sassy heroines, families, bikers, babies, and more!

After escaping abusive parents and, later, an abusive relationship, Sarah Beckley has spent a lifetime watching snakes shed their skin. With two small children to care for and another on the way, she's finally found a home in Peaceful Harbor with the brother she hasn't seen in more than a decade. She's still searching for her sister, but life is good. If only she could stop thinking about the sinfully sexy doctor/biker who has taken to her children like a loving uncle - and to her like a hungry man.

Trust doesn't come easily for Sarah, but Bones Whiskey is patient and protective, amazing with her children, and he looks at her like she is the only woman he could ever want - and more. With two little ones underfoot, Sarah expects him to move on quickly, yet with every tender kiss and each trying moment with the children, Bones surprises her. But will the fiercely loyal biker stick around when Sarah's worst secret is revealed, or will he shed his skin, too?

This was truly an amazing job of an audio visual story. I cried , laughed, swooned, and so many more feels. Could not put the story down. First story for me from Melissa Foster. Won't be my last. Recommend highly. And who in the heck is that delicious man on the front cover of the audio book? Fanning my face, eyes bugging out, has jaw dropped open?!!!!!

Captivating!

WICKED WHISKEY LOVE is one of the most captivating books I have ever had the privilege to read or listen too. With a storyline that just hits every note and just flows like a song. It’s a literal must have!
FYI, I’ve actually to the audio so many times I just lost track. Yes, it’s that amazing!

4.5 Dr. McDreamy Stars!

This Whiskey series just keeps getting better and better! We met Sarah and her family in the last book when Bullet Whiskey saved them from a fiery crash. Bones checked up on them while they were in the hospital and fell fast and hard for the single, pregnant mother of two toddlers. Bones overthinks and plans every move he makes, but the kind, and loving mother with secrets calls to him, and he will do whatever it takes to care for, and protect them, and make them his. Sarah has had a tragic life, and finds it hard to trust the new kind and selfless, friends she has made in the Whiskey's. Especially Bones, the sexy doctor who is so wonderful with her kids, and makes her feel things that scare her. This story touches on some very heartbreaking topics and I love how Foster treats them with such empathy and honesty, having me in tears at times. This emotional, and steamy romance was made even better by Erin Mallon, and Zachary Webber's flawless narration. They did a great job bringing out the complex emotions that Bones and Sarah struggled with. Their inflections were spot on and their intonations helped to make this romance even more captivating! I especially thought their children's voices were amazing! This family saga has really captured my heart, and I can't wait for more from the Whiskey's!

Great book!

This was a pretty good read that enjoyed like the other books in this series. Bones and Sarah were a well written characters with chemistry once Sarah let down her walls. Sarah with her troubled past and the recent events that plagued her made her such a strong character and woman that i enjoyed reading. Bones was a tender, caring man that made me swoon a bit for him especially when it came to Sarah's kids. Their story was heartbreaking at times and I could not get enough. I enjoyed the return of the characters from the previous books so that one could catch up with them and see what is happening with them after their HEA. The narration by Mr Webber and Ms. Mallon was enjoyable and the pair did a great job bringing this story to life. I especially enjoyed the renditions of the children's voices throughout the story. I can't wait to see where this series will go next and who will get their next HEA. I would definitely recommend this book to others.

An exquisite story in audio

I haven’t read a Melissa Foster book I didn’t like. But Wicked Whiskey Love was an exquisite read. And the contributions of narrators Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber made it even better to listen to. The Whiskey’s are gritty, coarse, compassionate and true dichotomies from Biggs and his sons to mom, Red and daughter, Dixie. After all, they are part of a motorcycle club. Bones is also an exceptional oncologist, homeless shelter volunteer and all around good guy. Through the good works of his brother Bullet he meets Sarah and her family. She has had a horrible and abusive childhood and is just beginning to overcome obstacles. But Bones and his family have been supportive and helpful to Sarah and her children and brother Scott.

If you like an all encompassing emotional read; love, anger, heartbreak and triumph; you will love Wicked Whiskey Love. I am truly impressed by the imagination and writing talent of Melissa Foster. Just when you think you have read her best, she blows it out of the park with her next offering. Ten golden stars for Wicked Whiskey Love in both the written and audio formats.

HOT HOT HOT!!!

If you are looking for the story of a HOT guy who also has a sweet side and a woman who is strong but wants to be rescued then this is the story for you. Bones is a biker doctor who is as caring as he is strong. The love that he has in his heart is the kind of love every girl wishes to have.

Sarah is a single mother of 2 with one on the way. She is very wary due to her history with men. Sarah was in an auto accident which introduced her to the Whiskey's. Now she is in their circle which is probably the best place for her to be.

This story has just the right amount of heat without heading in the trashy side. Romance, Motorcycles, and Family what else can you ask for!!

Narration for Sara

I really had a very hard time getting through this book with Erin Mallon narrating for Sara. I found myself repeating her last few words of each sentence out loud because she held onto them for several seconds. I would roll my eyes everytime it was her turn to narrate. I made it through to the end mainly because I wanted to see how it played out and of course just to listen to Zachary Webber's voice. At this point I search for books he Narrates. Because of this it was hard to have a connection between Sara and Bones.

Sigh...swoon...

sigh...swoon...sigh....

Oh my, I might have melted. Bones Whiskey is everything you want in a book boyfriend - hot, sweet, kind, smart, funny. and puts his woman first.

Sarah, having been rescued (along with her brother and small children) by Bones' brother from a potentially fatal car accident, is trying to rebuild her life one piece at a time. Bones, being the big-hearted doctor that he is, wants to make sure that Sarah is taken care of, on all levels.

Watching their story unfold is heartwarming - in a way that only Melissa Foster can bring. Foster doesn't shy away from some dark stuff in this one, and Sarah's story will certainly tug at your heartstrings. However, it's the Whiskey's to the rescue to restore your (and Sarah's!) faith in humanity.

You also can't go wrong with Erin Mallon and Zachary Webber....

Can this be read stand-alone? Sure can. However, it's a much better experience when you start at the beginning and fully emmerse yourself in the Whiskey World (every single book in the series is a 5 star!!!).

It was absolutely amazing!

I got so absorbed with the story because it was absolutely amazing! There was a lot of heartbreaking events that I wished never happened but then again it wouldn’t have made Sarah the strong person she is and she wouldn’t have found her way to Bones. There were a lot of comedic moments too but my favorite parts where the emphasis on family, love, loyalty, most especially...hope.

If I could give this book 10+ stars I would!

I friggin LOVE, like LOVE the Whiskey family and Bones' love story just amplified the love I have for them. I laughed so much, I cried, and then I cried because my heart was hurting for the heroine Sarah. As a mother of little children, I could relate to her so much, not what she'd been through, but I could easily put myself in her shoes. She was strong, and she put her children's well-being above ALL else. Bones definitely put in the work to get the girl in this book, and boy was he SWOONWORTHY ....OMG....everything he did and said, and the way he went slow when she needed and the took charge when he knew she needed someone to just take the weight she carried for a little while....I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!

If you have not yet read Tru Blue and the Whiskeys, I urge you to 1-click like NOW!! These books are funny, yes, like SO SO FUNNY, but they touch on so much about life and love and family, and if you are a fan of Motorcycle romances, the Dark Knights are sexy, tough and have HUGE hearts of gold! Biggs Whiskey is such a great patriarch and the relationship between the Whiskey siblings (Dixie and Bones at the Toy Store...OMG) will have you wanting to join their family.

Listen to it, devour it, love it and then listen again. It's funny, sexy, emotional and at time heart-wrenching, but it's also beautiful. Bones definitely surprised me with his huge heart, and delicious smile, and protective nature.

Erin and Zachary brought these characters to life. I highly recommend you give it a listen!

Another amazing audiobook!!!

I have been eagerly awaiting this audiobook and I was not disappointed.

The Whiskeys are the type of family who you think you would be scared of and not want to meet in a dark alley however although they are a force to be reckoned with it is all in the best way possible.

Bones Whiskey is the perfect example of this. He loves with his whole heart (as do all the Whiskeys) and is massively protective of the people he loves. Sarah and her children capture his heart quickly and he will do anything he can to hold onto them. He breaks down Sarah's walls gently and one step at a time knowing he needs to tread carefully and be patient, he reminds me of Bear.

Sarah is wary of falling in love again, she and her children have been through so much and she wants to protect her children from more pain and heartache but Bones pulls her walls down so slowly she doesn't realise what he has done until it's too late and he is in her heart. The way he is with her children will melt anyone's heart so it's not hard to see how Sarah falls.

Melissa handled the delicate issue of abuse so carefully and this story will resound a lot with some readers. This audiobook broke my heart and had me in tears throughout, you will need tissues. It may be a difficult listen to at times but I promise it is worth it and the ending would give those who have experienced the topics raised hope.

Another Whiskey audiobook that had my emotions scattered and the reason it is my favourite mini series in the Love in Bloom Series. I promise you the Whiskey series has audiobooks/books that will stay with me for the rest of my life, that's how much of an impact they have.

A 5* audiobook that is worth a million stars.
