70's book Still Relevant Today

One of the early books on body-mind connections. A classic, really. Same author of Primal Scream. Good stuff. Think Dr John Sarno's theory of back pain.... Muscle Tension.

An invaluable book for everyone

51 years I suffered so much emotional pain, trying to please my parents and not addressing my developmental traumas. Now that my body shows me the way through physical pain, I can at last address it's emotional roots. I'm grateful to be seen and acknowledged by the author.
