Publisher's Summary

If you're like me, you might have tuned out or rejected the idea whenever you hear someone say "you have to love yourself" and you might even say to yourself, what the heck does that mean? Unfortunately, loving yourself can be so foreign of a concept and yet it might also be the very thing that changes your life...for the better in "every way. Self-love - our capacity to feed our spirit, fill our "love cup’ and feel inner peace is endless - we just need to tap into it. But how? How the heck do we create [or experience] inner happiness? That's what this audiobook attempts to address.

Great insight to love oneself

This book highlights common sense views and approach that is easily overlooked. One that that stuck out to me was when meeting a stranger, we are more concern what they think about us verses how great we know we all are. This person is someone you have just met and may never see again, so why should their view trump yours. So logical but we all fall into this trap. I suggest reading/listening to the book and then go back and do it all again.

Also a note about the author, Jonathon Aslay does many free YouTube videos to assist women in their dating life, some of it has helped me get through or recover from some unhappy situations. Jonathon also offers various coaching sessions and other options. You can immediately see his passion for protecting women’s low self esteem that is impacted by the dating, relating and mating process. He also gives wonderful pointers that men can also benefit from ie. that we all can benefit from.

Thorough and down to earth

This book concisely covers all the bases on the journey to self love. It’s easily digestible and rings true at all times. This book makes clear why and how self love is essential for a successful relationship with yourself and others. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

A guide book to the beginning of main event “you”

I just finished your book on” Self Love”.

I won’t to thank Jonathan for the simplicity in which he coveys the very difficult and personal subject of self love and the transformation from “ego to spirit”.
