Tarek ist mit seiner Mutter in eine neue Stadt gezogen. Und jetzt hat er auch noch rote Flecken am Körper. Nichts Schlimmes, aber ansteckend. Bei strahlendem Wetter sitzt er zu Hause und langweilt sich. Bis ein Papierflugzeug ins Wohnzimmer segelt und auf dem Tisch landet. Weiße Wolke steht auf dem Flugzeug und heraus steigt ein Papierpilot, Herr Wetterkühn. Der hat zwar jede Menge Sprüche auf Lager, kennt sich aber mit der Fliegerei nicht besonders gut aus. Er hat keine Ahnung, wie man notgelandete Papierflugzeuge wieder flott macht. Da muss Tarek ran.
