Not that informative

If you expect a blueprint for the gym then you will be disappointed.
Using the exercise info in the book as presented willing probably end in injury.
How heavy is heavy? Any worm up?
The book seemed intentionally vague so you would go to his site and maybe pay for some coaching.
There are better choices which will give you all the info you need and more besides!

packed with weight training insights from a pro

Oh my! I used to spend more than an hour in the gym. I wasn’t aware that overtraining is a big NO! Glad I took the time to listen to this bundle. It surely is packed with weight training insights.

proven nutritional advices

One of the reasons why I have so much confidence on this audio book is that the book has professional post-workout nutrition advice to regain your muscle’s strength right after a workout especially if it’s a heavy one.

Cool bundle!

What a cool bundle to start with! My love for going to the gym every week was slowed down and I can feel the negative effects of it. Good thing I stumbled upon this weight training bundle. I picked up a couple of good insights from a pro himself.

NOT about bodybuilding.

The thing I love most about these books is that there not about bodybuilding ( I DON’T want to look like a huge bodybuilder) You will gain muscle and burn fat and look athletic...
